  • Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassification, donations-in-kind and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
  • Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyse, and interpret relevant financial information.
  • Fixed asset custodian – updating, tagging and housekeep the assets’ register.
  • Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
  • Bank reconciliation for different business divisions of SNM.
  • Verifying daily cash collections before banking.

  • Assist Manager\Senior Manager in account closing and audits.

  • Plan, organize and implement Community based programmes and activities for the wellbeing of eldercare, single parents, and youths. 
  • Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance to the mission.
  • Participate in engagement plans and activities, riding on the Regional Health System (RHS) and community service providers.
