Thank you for taking care of my Sister

Dear Mr S. Devendran

I am Candice Lim, the sister of the resident Lim Hong Lian who is in this nursing home since 2020.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for your wise leadership, leading a team of dedicated nurses , care givers and social worker staff to provide exceptional care to the residents.

Currently, my sister is unwell and is hospitalized in Khoo Teck Puat hospital, before she was admitted, I am so grateful to witness the level 2 nurses and caregivers’ concern and kindness towards my sister.

I would like to thank Miss Chris Ann for monitoring her very closely in the night and updated me of her condition through texts and call , a big thumbs up for her dedication. Another night shift nurse do follow up as well. Nurse Teresa is demonstrating her professionalism too.

Also, I would exceptionally like to express my gratitude to Miss Yoges for her kindness and wavering support throughout my sister stays. Miss Yoges is kind, polite, approachable and supportive in her role as the head of social worker department.

Her compassion and expertise to follow up closely with my sister hospital’s report and her great help in times of need is greatly commendable. Her empathy have make a difference in our difficult times.

I am so thankful and grateful that my sister is in the good hands of this nursing home.

Once again, thank you for everything and blessed are those kind at heart.
