Mr S. Devendran is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Officer of Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore). His work experience includes 39 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, the Social Service Agency (SSA) and the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector.

Mr John Wang is the Chief Operating Officer at Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore). He has 12 years of operational experience in the healthcare sector.

Mr Raj Kumar is the Superintendent of Meranti Home@Pelangi Village as well as the Head of Information Technology and Operations for SNM (Singapore). His work experience includes 9 years in IT and Operations Management.

Ms Joanna Ng is the Head of Senior Care Centres, AAC (Care) & Caregivers Training. Her work experience includes serving 16 years in a centre-based ILTC sector.

Ms Ravethi Achutan is the Head of SNM AAC@Race Course, Community Programmes & Volunteer Management for SNM (Singapore). Her previous work experience includes 17 years of experience in volunteer and programme management in the SSA and ILTC sectors.

Ms Khirrtana MAK is the Head of Human Resources and Administration for SNM (Singapore). Her work experience includes 18 years of HR and community programme management in SSA and seven years in the ILTC sector.

Ms Premalattha Sadhasivan is the Head of Corporate Governance for SNM (Singapore). Her work experience includes more than 26 years in the Public Service, SSA, welfare home and ILTC sectors.

Mr Sunil Kumar is the Head of Finance for SNM (Singapore). His work experience includes over 33 years in finance for the ILTC, manufacturing and IT sectors.

Ms Yogeswari Chandrasekaran is the Head of Social Work & Resident Programmes for SNM (Singapore). Her work experience includes more than 15 years of nursing and social work in the ILTC, welfare home and healthcare sectors.

Mr Michael David Nalpon is the Project Director responsible for overseeing various infrastructure projects for SNM (Singapore) and for representing the organisation as the operator of the Riverwalk and Chencharu nursing homes.

He was a volunteer with the Facilities Redevelopment Sub-committee (FRDSC) for four years. His work experience includes 40 years in the Construction Industry as a Consultant and Project Manager.

Ms. Mariam De La Zilwa is the Head of Corporate Communications at SNM (Singapore), bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic corporate communications and public relations. Besides her corporate role, she brings more than six years of firsthand field experience across Jaipur, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, gained through missionary and community upliftment initiatives focused on driving lasting, positive change for vulnerable and underserved communities.
