SNM Refund Policy

All donations and membership subscriptions are normally non-refundable. Co-payments will be refunded if there was an excess payment.

Refunds will be made if:

  • there was an unauthorised usage of your credit card
  • you have made an error in your transaction
  • you have made an excess payment of programme fee co-payments

Please contact us within 14 working days from the date of your transaction.

Please email finance@snm.org.sg with the transaction details or contact our Donor Management Department at 6955 9555. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and ascertained donation refund will be processed within 45 days from date of request. All donations will be refunded via cheque only. We reserve the right to apply a fee for the refund before a refund is effected.

SNM reserves all rights to request for additional personal particulars and transaction information as and when required to authenticate the refund request.
SNM will also make the relevant adjustments to the records maintained for tax deduction purposes with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) for the said donation, if applicable.
