Mr Anil Sarasijakshan is a Solution Director with DHL Express managing customer experience and global programs. He has been a volunteer at Thomson Neighbourhood Committee since 2017 and currently holds the position as Auditor in the committee. Apart from his role as Vice President of SNM, he also chairs the Facilities Redevelopment Sub-Committee and sits in various other Committees at SNM.
Mrs Sarala Raman

Ms Sarala Raman is a Retiree and was previously a Senior Admissions Officer/Registrar in UWCSEA and SJI International. Since her retirement, she has been volunteering at the St Anne’s Home for the Aged and currently volunteers at the SNM Care Centre assisting with the Eldercare programme. She is also an active member in the Heritage, Communications
and Member Sub-Committees. Ms Sarala is passionate about Indian Classical Music. She plays the veena, violin and is a Carnatic singer.
Ms Shalini Damodaran
General Secretary
Ms Shalini Damodaran is a retired Master Teacher from the Ministry of Education and a recipient of the Long Service Award to recognize her work in educating and mentoring both students and teachers for 39 years. Since her retirement in 2018, she dabbled in oil painting, and wrote and published: a creative non-fiction, ‘Dad and I’ and Student Study
Guides to ‘A Tapestry of Colours: Asian Short Stories’. She travelled for a while to Zambia providing English Language teachers with professional support. In 2019, she was elected Assistant General Secretary. She has since, after two years of supporting the EXCO and Management Staff, taken over as General Secretary. She currently sits on several
subcommittees, chairing the Communications Sub Committee, and member of the Human Resources, Meranti Home and the Bylaws Sub-Committees. She is also a co-investigator of a research project funded by the National Heritage Board to trace SNM’s history since its inception in 1948. She has found new meaning and purpose in SNM’s mission to “empower people to lead dignified lives” and hopes to see more stepping forward to support the less privileged in the community.

Dr Sreenath is a distinguished individual known for his multifaceted contributions as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, a dedicated member of the Sree Narayana Mission, and his active involvement in various grassroot activities. With a profound commitment to community development and social progress, Dr Sreenath has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills and unwavering dedication to creating positive change.
Ms Aathira Unnithan

Ms Aathira Unnithan has been a volunteer with SNM since 2015 and has been actively involved in the Youth Wing activities, such as the So Woke Symposiums. She has pursued a Masters in Gerontology and hopes to meaningfully contribute to the eldercare space.

Ms Shilpa is a Business Analyst focused on providing strategies for digital process transformation and has held a variety of roles within the finance sector. She has also been involved with volunteering activities in the Mission as part of the Youth Committee
Ms Anusha Senan

Ms Anusha Senan is Global Industry Manager for a leading consulting firm. She has been involved with Mission since 2001 and served in the EXCO previously as Assistant Treasurer and Youth Committee chairperson. She was part of the member teams that launched and ran the Lend-a-Hand program and the SNM Youth Symposium. She was elected to her current position in 2021 and serves in the Finance, By Laws and Digitalisation Sub-Committees.
Ms Kamarshi Shailaja

Ms Shailaja Kamarshi is a senior Information Systems professional with over 35 years of experience in managing enterprise wide, mission critical IT programmes and projects in the Insurance Sector across Asia.
She currently advises clients on their digital transformation initiatives. Ms Shailaja Kamarshi currently chairs the Digitalization Sub Committee for SNM. She is also a member of the IT Resource Panel for SINDA.
Ms Neetha Sanjay

Neetha Sanjay is a Singapore based, ICF Certified Life & Career Coach who is passionate about empowering women to achieve their life and career goals. A dental surgeon by training, with more than a decade of experience in management, she enjoys sharing her learning by speaking on confidence, resilience, and positivity and helping women advance in life and career.
She previously served on the Board of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association. In addition to being Committee Member at SNM (Singapore), she also volunteers and mentors at other nonprofit organizations like PrimeTime, Wedu Global, YSEALI,and SheBrilliance.
Raghavan Mohanadas

Mr Raghavan Mohanadas has been an Education Officer for over 40 years and has recently retired from service. He has been involved in the SNM as an EXCO member in the past and took a short break from his voluntary work with SNM before being reelected. Mr Mohan chairs the Heritage Sub-Committees and serves as a member in the By Laws and Eldercare Sub-Committees.
Mr Ramachandran Nayar Ajayan

Mr Ajayan Ramachandran is a HR Professional, working as Regional Head of People and Leadership Development in a semiconductor MNC for the last 27 years. He also holds the credential as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) offered by International Coach Federation (ICF) beside being Certified as Senior Professional (SP) by Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP), Singapore.
He is currently a volunteer Career Advisor (vCA) with WSG-Workforce Singapore, besides serving as a District Councillor (SkillsFuture standing committee) at Northwest CDC and Woodlands Grassroots organization.
Mr Sreekanth A P V

Mr Sreekanth has 20 years of leadership and project delivery experience in infrastructure across Singapore, India, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.. He possesses a Postgraduate in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration that focuses on leadership and strategic management. He aspires to play a leading role in the ongoing upgrading of the infrastructure in the Asia region.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sreekanth is a dedicated advocate for community engagement. He has actively contributed to SNM as a member of the Facilities Subcommittee. He is also the President of the CET Alumni Association and had been the Assistant Secretary for the Singapore Malayalee Association.
Mr Premnadh Sadasivan

Mr Premnadh Sadasivan has a varied portfolio that includes Project management, Requirements Management and development of software and electronic products in various engineering companies such as Philips Electronics (Chief Engineer for 20 years) and ST Engineering (currently Assistant Principal Engineer for 8 years).
Ms Swapna Dayanandan

Swapna Dayanandan, Ph.D. (Gerontology), is CEO and Founder of Joy in Living Aged Care Services Pte Ltd, a start-up providing geron-technology and eldercare innovative solutions to tackle the ageing opportunities in Singapore and globally. She is chairperson of Healthcare Workgroup, Smart Cities Network. Prior to starting her company in 2023, Swapna was a public officer in a management role with the Civil Service College (CSC). Her portfolio in CSC included leading teams in providing consultancy support for service management projects and designing and curating milestone programmes for the public service leadership team since July 2013.
Inspired by her volunteering stint at Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore), she pursued a Ph.D. programme in Gerontology with the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She was awarded a doctorate degree recently.
Mr T.G. Sajir

Mr T.G. Sajir worked in the customer service sector for the more than 4 decades. He recently retired and serves actively with the SNM. Mr Sajir has been in the EXCO as a committee
member previously and served as an Internal Auditor at that time. He was re-elected into the EXCO in 2021 and also sits in the Meranti Home Management Sub-Committees.
Ms Vidya Sasidharan

Vidya is a practicing lawyer who started her practice in-house with a Single-Family Office. There, she gained knowledge and exposure to the world of Finance and Wealth Management. She is also a qualified practitioner in corporate governance, risk and compliance, having completed a Diploma in the subject. In the span of her career, Vidya has had extensive experience in client management, having honed her craft from constant engagement with key stakeholders. She particularly enjoys the litigation process of dispute resolution and strives to achieve the best possible outcome. She was elected as the Assistant General Secretary in 2021 and sits in several sub-committees including the Meranti Home Management, By Laws, Youth and Heritage Sub-Committees.
Mr Viju Chakarapany

Viju Chakarapany is the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Red Hat Asia Pacific. A member of the Red Hat APAC Leadership Team, Viju leads sales and strategy across the segment towards meeting the overall business and revenue goals for Red Hat APAC and Japan.
He has built, transformed, and led dynamic teams for over two decades in sales, pre-sales, services and business management across APAC and the Middle East, including a 16-year stint at Microsoft. Viju is very passionate about giving back to society and was one of the top 5 fundraisers for Hair for Hope for Children’s Cancer Foundation, ABCs and Rice in Cambodia plus also guides young students through the Harvard Business School Club Singapore mentorship program.
