Senior Executive/Executive, Programme (AAC@Race Course)
Job Description & Requirements
- Plan, organise and deliver community-based programmes for seniors.
- Design innovative and engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of seniors.
- Develop strategies to increase community involvement and support for centre initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen links with agencies to ensure programmes align with the centre’s mission.
- Actively seek collaboration opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness and reach.
- Serve as liaison between the centre and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Facilitate and support multi-agency meetings to address complex client needs.
- Coordinate joint home visits with partner agencies when required.
- Participate in process development to improve client flow and service delivery.
- Collate and submit timely reports and information as required by stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to evaluation and review processes to strengthen programme outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in related discipline or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills Genuine interest and passion for working with seniors.
- Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive.
