Mr Anil Sarasijakshan is a Solution Director with DHL Express Global Business IT department. He is responsible for managing some of the global tools used in the company. He leads one of the Passion Specialist Teams in DHL Singapore which aims to create an impact on the people and community it operates in.
He has served as a Grassroots Leader since 2017 and he currently holds the position of Vice-Chairman in the Thomson Neighbourhood Committee.
Mr Viju Chakarapany

Mr Viju Chakarapany is the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Red Hat Asia Pacific. A member of the Red Had APAC Leadership Team, Viju leads sales and strategy across the segment towards meeting the overall business and revenue goals for Red Hat APAC and Japan.
He has built, transformed, and led dynamic teams for over two decades in sales, pre-sales, services and business management across APAC and the Middle East, including a 16-year stint at Microsoft.
Mr Viju is very passionate about giving back to society and was one of the top five fundraisers for the ‘Hair for Hope’ charity event for the Children’s Cancer Foundation and ABCs and Rice in Cambodia.
He also guides young students in the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore’s mentorship programme.

Dr Sreenivasan Sreenath is a distinguished individual known for his multifaceted contributions as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, a dedicated member of SNM, and his active involvement in various grassroots activities.
With a profound commitment to community development and social progress, Dr Sreenath has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills and unwavering dedication to creating positive change.
Mr Ramachandran Nayar Ajayan

Mr Ramachandran Nayar Ajayan is an HR Professional, working as Senior Director for Talent Development in a semiconductor MNC overseeing the Asia region.
He also holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), offered by the International Coach Federation (ICF) besides being Certified as Senior Professional (SP) by the Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP), Singapore.
He is currently a volunteer Career Advisor (vCA) with WSG-Workforce Singapore, besides serving as a District Councilor (SkillsFuture standing committee) at Northwest CDC and Woodlands Grassroots organisation.
Dr Ratna Devi Pillai

Dr Ratna Devi Pillai is a highly dedicated lecturer with over a decade of teaching experience at the School of Business at James Cook University in Singapore. She is a subject matter expert in Corporate Governance and Leadership, Business Ethics, and Skills-Based Volunteering, and has published articles in the Academy of Management and Thunderbird International Business Review.
Prior to her academic career, Ratna worked for eight years as a skilled Internal Auditor at United Overseas Bank (UOB).
Mr Suresh Karun

Mr. Suresh Karun is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of experience in auditing, accounting, and corporate financial management. He holds a B.Com degree in Business Studies and Accounting and is proficient in various accounting systems, including Sage, Tally, MYOB, and Accpac. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions such as Regional Financial Controller at Mathews Daniel International, where he oversaw regional finance and administration, and Director/Registered Filing Agent at several corporate service firms.
Known for his strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, Mr Karun has successfully managed cross-border operations across Southeast Asia. Currently semi-retired, he continues to serve as an Accountant and Registered Filing Agent, while also contributing to community initiatives through volunteer work.
Mrs Sarala Raman

Mrs Sarala Raman is a Retiree and was previously a Senior Admissions Officer/Registrar in UWCSEA and SJI International. Since her retirement, she has been volunteering at St Anne’s Home for the Aged and currently volunteers at the SNM Care Centre, assisting with the Eldercare programme.
She is the Chairperson of the Members Sub-Committee and is a member of the Meranti Home Sub Committee.
Mrs Sarala is also passionate about Indian Classical Music. She plays both the veena and the violin, and she is also a Carnatic singer.
Ms Shalini Damodaran

Ms Shalini Damodaran is a retired Master Teacher from the Ministry of Education (MOE) and a recipient of the Long Service Award in recognition of her work educating and mentoring both students and teachers for 39 years. Since her retirement in 2018, she has dabbled in oil painting and has written and published a creative non-fiction book, ‘Dad and I’, as well as student study guides for ‘A Tapestry of Colours: Asian Short Stories’.
Ms Shalini currently sits on several sub-committees. She is a member of the Communications, Human Resources and the By Laws Sub-Committees. Besides these, she also serves in the newly formed Supplementary Revenue Stream Sub-Committee.
Ms Shalini has found new meaning and purpose in SNM’s mission to “empower people to lead dignified lives”. She hopes to see more members stepping forward to support the less privileged in the community.
Ms Shilpa Surash Lal

Ms Shilpa Surash Lal is a Business Analyst focused on providing strategies for digital process transformation and has held various roles in the finance sector. She has also been involved with volunteering activities in SNM as part of the Youth Committee.
Ms Kamarshi Shailaja

Ms Kamarshi Shailaja is a senior Information Systems professional with over 35 years of experience in managing enterprise wide, mission critical IT programmes and projects in the Insurance Sector across Asia. She currently advises clients on their digital transformation initiatives.
Ms Shailaja currently chairs the Digitalisation Sub-Committee for SNM. She is also a member of the IT Resource Panel for SINDA.
Ms Neetha Sanjay

Ms Neetha Sanjay is a Singapore based, ICF Certified Life & Career Coach who is passionate about empowering women to achieve their life and career goals. A dental surgeon by training, with more than a decade of experience in management, she enjoys sharing her learning by speaking on confidence, resilience, and positivity and helping women advance in life and career.
Ms Neetha previously served on the Board of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association. In addition to being committee member at SNM, she also volunteers and mentors at other nonprofit organisations like PrimeTime, Wedu Global, YSEALI, and SheBrilliance.

Mr Premnadh Sadasivan has a varied portfolio that includes Project Management, Requirements Management and development of software and electronic products in various engineering companies such as Philips Electronics (Chief Engineer for 20 years) and ST Engineering (currently Assistant Principal Engineer for 8 years).
Mr Shyam Dayanandan

Mr. Shyam Dayanandan is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in mechanical and fire safety engineering. He is the co-founder and Deputy Managing Director of C2D Solution Pte Ltd, and is a registered Fire Safety Engineer and Registered Inspector in Singapore. He has also co-authored several national fire safety guidelines.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Dayanandan has volunteered for seven years as an academic tutor in Singapore prisons.
Mr Radhakrishna Pillai

Mr Radhakrishna Pillai is an experienced professional in the construction sector, with over 35 years of experience. He has held various roles as both a contractor and a client representative on a wide range of projects, including large-scale, fast-track housing and infrastructure developments. His project portfolio includes airports, MRT systems, high-quality commercial buildings, hotels, retail spaces, and sports complexes.
Mr Bucktha Seelan

Mr Bucktha Seelan is an experienced educator who has led several schools in Singapore. He is currently the Principal of Princess Elizabeth Primary School. In addition to his leadership role, he serves on the Education Sub-Committee of SINDA and is also a Community in Bloom Ambassador with National Parks Board (NParks).
Dr Vidhya Dharshini Pillay

Dr Vidhya Dharshini Pillay is an accredited Family Physician with over 15 years of medical practice and a special interest in geriatric medicine, palliative care, home care, and community medicine.
She completed a BSc in Human Biology at King’s College, University of London, before pursuing postgraduate medical studies at the National University of Ireland. Dr Pillay also holds Graduate Diplomas in both Family Medicine and Palliative Medicine from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Master of Ageing from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She has over 10 years of experience in geriatric medicine and palliative care, in both clinical and community settings, and has extensive experience in home care.
In her personal capacity, Dr Pillay serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Visitors (Welfare Homes) for the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and is a member of the Integrated Care Sub-Committee of Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore).
Ms Shruti Ramesh

Ms Shruthi Ramesh is a final-year student at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. While volunteering with SNM, Shruthi has also contributed her time and efforts to other organisations such as OverTheRainbow and New Life Stories, which focus on youth and child well-being, respectively.
She hopes to bring her passion, relevant expertise, and fresh perspective to the team, and to contribute meaningfully to SNM’s mission of uplifting lives and serving the community with compassion and dedication.
