Mr Bhaskaran Sivasamy

Mr Bhaskaran Sivasamy is an experienced lawyer with more than two decades of experience in disputes and advisory work. After graduating from the National University of Singapore, he has practiced law in both Singapore and Australia and is also qualified to practice in England and Wales.
His areas of expertise include general commercial law, directors’ duties, partnership disputes, corporate governance, corporate and personal insolvency, building and construction law, property law, trust and estate law, probate law, insurance law, employment law, defamation, planning and environmental law, family law, tort law and criminal law.
Outside of practice, Mr Bhaskaran volunteers with a local Singapore charity as well as legal clinics run by the State Courts. He is also a member of the National Healthcare Group’s Domain Specific Review Board.
