Staff Nurse (Nursing Home)
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised, and cost-effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
• Provide a holistic, multifaceted and person-centred approach to plan and execute care to meet resident’s nursing needs.
• Able to harness team’s cooperation and inspire them to deliver effective, safe, and coordinated care to all.
• Reaches out proactively to residents and their families regarding discharge. Plans, trains, and coordinates a smooth transaction from a nursing home to a home for them.
• Report to Nurse Manager/Head of Nursing
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Possess a State Registered Nurse license
• Valid Practising License with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in an acute / community hospital or nursing home
• Possess interpersonal skills and is passionate working with elderly.
