Our Eldercare Centres at Woodlands and Race Course Road have transited to Active Ageing Centres.
‘SNM AAC@Race Course’ and ‘SNM AAC (Care)@Woodlands’ offers seniors a suite of services such as:
- Active Ageing
- Befriending and Buddying
- Information and Referral to Care Services
- Social Connectors
- Community Screening
