Appreciation Note
Dear Dev,
Thank you so much for helping Uncle Mylvaganam to secure a place in your blessed Home.
Uncle spent nearly 6 happy years in SNM, well cared for by your excellent nursing team and social workers. He was always telling his visitors how happy he was staying there and how fortunate he felt to have secured a place there.
His friends, Mr & Mrs Athmalingam and I first brought him to SNM on 2 Mar 2020 for admission. Today, on 2 Mar 2026, he embarks on his final journey to join his beloved wife and daughter.
I sincerely wish to express my deepest gratitude to you and all your staff, past and present, for your excellent service, especially former Social Work Associate, Ms Selvi. She was a comforting presence for Uncle in his early days there and often went out of her way to attend to his needs. I’m also grateful to the Cleaner Auntie, Mdm Jayamani who made Uncle laugh with her wicked sense of humour and cheerful banter whilst cleaning his ward!
Uncle’s time at SNM was truly a blessing, and knowing he was surrounded by such dedicated and compassionate people brought immense comfort to all who loved him.
Your Home provided him not just with exceptional care, but with dignity and a sense of belonging during his final years. The kindness of you and your staff meant the world to him, and to me and his friends as well.
Once again, I thank you and your staff for your outstanding service!
With deep appreciation and warm regards,
Kogilavanee Singaravelu
